Clothing & Accessories

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Gold Jewelry

Due to the delicate and high-value nature of gold jewelry:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for gold jewelry.

  • Exceptions are only made if the item arrives damaged or defective. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • Approved jewelry claims will be eligible for repair, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
